我们立足传承中华文化,着眼沂蒙精神内涵,融入先进的现代教育办学理念,完善学校三级课程网络,以“养正 养厚 养雅 养和”为课程目标,从课程内容、课程实施、课程评价等多个方面来规划课程体系。目前我们形成了“四四四”式的校本课程体系,即四种常规课程(经教、礼教、乐教、娱教),四种特色课程(习书、习劳、习静、习武)、四种拓展课程(节日课程、社团课程、家校课程、班会课程)。从课程构成上看,三大类十二种课程对国家课程进行了有效地补充和完善,全方面、立体化地优化了学校的课程设置,丰富了学生的学习生活。
如:校园节日课程,我们本着“校园活动节日化、校园节日课程化”的原则,形成了“校园五节日课程”——“阳光朴园体育节”“绚丽朴园艺术节”“梦想朴园科技节”“绿润朴园读书节”“墨香朴园书法节”,实现了朴雅课程的“序列化、经常化、制度化”。“经教”、“礼教”课程的实施,让学生在经典中成长,沉淀,“腹有诗书气自华,彬彬有礼见朴雅”;“习书”、“习劳”课程的开设,让学生“品书法文化之妙,悟辛勤劳作之乐。”
我们还着重提升了与学生学科素养相关课程,如:语文学科的“主题学习课程”,将“绘本课”“整本课阅读课”“诗词欣赏课”等课型拿出来研究、实践,增强学生“能阅读、善表达”的语文素养。再如:数学学科的“数学思维课程”,让学生感到“数学好玩”,从而“爱—上数学”,最终 “爱上—数学”。我们共开发了九大思维课程,包括《拼图达人》《奇妙的图形》《堆栈高手》《数独》《魔方》《奥数》等,这些课程的共同点就是动口、动脑、动手,而这关键能力和必备品格直接指向的就是数学的核心素养!我们还把这些思维课程带到了遥远的青海、新疆等等地,与边疆的孩子共享快乐的数学!
我们感觉,在课程实施过程中,学生和老师都在不同程度的成长,我们的课程也因此三次在国家级层面进行交流展示,多次应邀到外地做经验推广。朴雅课程实践与探索也因此得到了各级专家和同行的认可,中国教育科学研究院研究员毕成教授指出:“朴园小学的课程构成体系完整,有自己的文化特质,课程支撑有故事,有温度、有宽度。”《基础教育课程》杂志副主编陈立老师评价道:“朴园小学在朴雅教育使命驱动下构建了朴雅教育教学模式,借力课程建设,在探索核心素养现实路径的基础上,寻找到了一枚核心素养落地的杠杆。”
